Begin with the current game window and the least disruptive checks. Refreshing or deleting browser data can discard progress.

The game is not loading or shows a blank area

  1. Look for the game’s own loading screen and give the initial download time to finish. The page toolbar appearing first is expected.
  2. Confirm that another ordinary webpage opens. If your connection is interrupted, reconnect and leave the game tab in place briefly.
  3. Open the official release in a separate tab. This compares hosts while keeping your current window open.
  4. If you are ready to start again, use Reload once. Avoid a series of reloads, which can restart downloads and lose an unsaved session.

The portal cannot repair a third-party host or confirm an engine is ready from an iframe navigation event. If the official release works while the mirror does not, continue with the official release.

Clicks, taps or keyboard input do nothing

Click or tap inside the game area, then try the action shown by the current scene. The surrounding website and the game have separate focus. The official listing describes mouse input; a missing response to movement keys alone does not demonstrate a broken game.

Close any page menu covering the game. If the browser is heavily zoomed, return to a comfortable scale so controls remain visible. On a phone, compare against the official touchscreen release before changing permissions.

There is no sound

  1. Interact with the game’s start screen first. Browsers may wait for a user action before allowing audio.
  2. Check device volume, browser-tab muting and the game’s own audio settings.
  3. If headphones are connected, confirm the active output device. Try another sound source without closing your game.
  4. If audio remains unavailable, compare the official release in another tab. Do not assume the game requires microphone permission; this portal does not request it.

Fullscreen does not open or the game looks cropped

Use the website’s Fullscreen control from an ordinary click or tap. A browser can reject the request or omit this feature. Continue in the normal window, adjust browser zoom or open the official game directly. On a small screen, try the other orientation if it improves the controls.

Use Escape where the browser supports it, or the browser’s fullscreen exit control. Fullscreen changes the view; it does not establish whether the game has saved.

Progress disappeared after refreshing

Check the current game’s own start or restore options. This site cannot inspect the embedded game’s storage or recover a session after the host has lost it. Keeping a tab open and saving a game are different things.

Do not begin by clearing cookies, cache or site data: those actions may remove local progress. Switching to private browsing, another browser or a different host can also create a separate storage context. If you can still interact with the current session, finish or use its own save options before making those changes.

What to record before asking for help

Note the host URL, browser and device, the last screen you could see, and the exact action that stopped responding. A screenshot of a loading or error message is more useful than repeatedly restarting. Avoid including private account details. Use the official release page for creator updates and game-specific support options.
